Fiscalisation

Every sale, signed.

Fiscalisation under KassenSichV happens while the sale happens — not in a spreadsheet the week after. Every plan signs every sale, and the records build themselves as the evening goes on.

A record that can be checked.

KassenSichV asks for a certified technical security device — the TSE — and for its signature on every sale. The point is not the paperwork. It is that the figures on the receipt can be traced back to the moment they were taken, without anyone reconstructing them later.

What the till does

Signs at the moment of sale Retries when signing fails Splits VAT by rate Closes the shift in one report Exports in DSFinV-K Alerts you when signing is unavailable

Fiscalisation is part of the service. We offer two certified solutions; you choose.

Local TSE

It signs at the venue and keeps signing when the line drops. A certified TSE is installed on site: the till sends each sale to it, it returns the signature and stores the transaction in its protected memory. The signature is printed on the receipt as a code. It works over the local network, not through the internet. The records are exported in DSFinV-K and archived.

Cloud TSE

The signature is made in the cloud. The till sends each sale over the internet and receives the signature back. There is no TSE hardware at the venue. The signature is printed on the receipt as a code, and the signed transaction is stored in the cloud TSE. The records are exported in DSFinV-K and archived.

Both produce the same record: a signed sale, one close, one export. The choice is yours; installation and maintenance are ours.

Three moments in the day.

Fiscalisation is not a second job after closing. It happens at the sale, at the close and at the export — each time from the same record.

At the counter

The sale is recorded once — items, cash or card. The receipt prints with the fiscal details the law asks for. Nothing is written into a second book at midnight.

At the close

The close is built from the sales in the shift: takings, VAT by rate, payment types and the fiscal totals. You close once and get one figure — no pile of receipts to reconcile against a spreadsheet.

After the month

The month ends with an export your accountant can use: the DSFinV-K structure is already there, so nobody rebuilds it from the till. When an audit asks for the records, they are in the archive — not in a folder on someone's laptop.

Germany, properly. One standard, not a country list.

We implement one fiscal standard end to end: KassenSichV — no plan excludes it.

If your venue is outside Germany, say so before the demo. We answer plainly instead of selling you a maybe.

KassenSichV is a legal requirement, not our opinion of it. Your tax adviser remains the authority on what applies to your business.

Fiscalisation, asked plainly.

The questions that come up before a German till goes live.

Is fiscalisation an extra?

No. It is part of every plan, not sold as an add-on. The plan contents are on the pricing page.

What happens if a signature fails?

The system retries rather than drops. If the signature cannot be produced within one hour, the receipt stays unsigned, a critical alert is raised and the export records why. Internet outages are handled differently by the two TSE options.

Do I have to close the shift myself?

You close when the evening ends. The close produces one report for the shift, including when a venue runs several tills.

Can my accountant get the data?

Yes. The fiscal data exports in DSFinV-K; the cash book and reports export as files. Your accountant gets them without anyone copying figures out of the till by hand.

Which countries do you offer fiscalisation for?

Germany, under KassenSichV, is the only country we offer today. Tell us your country before the demo and we will answer directly.

Where is the fiscal archive kept?

The archive is kept in full and copied off the server every night, append-only. Operational backups rotate after 14 days; the fiscal archive does not. The retention period that applies to you is a question for your tax adviser.

Cloud TSE or local TSE — which one do I need?

We offer both. The cloud TSE signs in the cloud and needs internet; the local TSE signs at the venue. Which one fits, we confirm before the demo.

Can the till keep selling without internet?

With the cloud TSE, no — the till needs the cloud to sign. With the local TSE, signing continues without internet; selling through a full outage also needs the POS to run offline, which we confirm during setup.

Is the TSE certified?

Yes. The device that signs each sale is certified under KassenSichV.

When is the signature created?

At the sale. The signature is created when the sale is recorded — not reconstructed later at the close or at month end.

See it on a sale, not a slide.

We show you the till on your own products and prices — including the receipt and the close — with no obligation.
