Take the sale
01Products, cart and payment on one screen. Cash with the change worked out, card through the terminal, gift cards and vouchers. Service Mode for the table, Bar Mode for the bar. The receipt prints from the terminal at the counter.
Every plan includes the till, the stock, the reports and German fiscalisation. Higher plans add capacity and the departments around the counter. The tax part is the same in every plan.
The table is the offer, line by line. Capacity first, then every area with the modules each plan opens. Everything named in a column is included in the price at the top of that column — the modules are not add-ons bought later.
Capacity is the upper limit of the plan. The module names in a column are included in that plan; Included marks a capability built into the system.

No plan is an empty shell. These four parts are in the smallest plan and stay in the largest; what changes above them is capacity and the work around the counter.
Products, cart and payment on one screen. Cash with the change worked out, card through the terminal, gift cards and vouchers. Service Mode for the table, Bar Mode for the bar. The receipt prints from the terminal at the counter.
Products, categories and stock levels in the same system as the sale. Every sale moves the stock, so the figure on screen is the figure in the stockroom — not a count written down later.
The shift closes into a Z-report with the takings, cash and card separated and VAT split by rate. The daily figures are already there; nobody rebuilds the day in a spreadsheet.
German fiscalisation is part of every plan: the TSE signature on every sale, the DSFinV-K export, the Z-report and the retry of a failed signature. KassenSichV is a legal requirement, not an upgrade.
Moving up does not unlock the till. It raises the number of users, locations, tills, products and monthly sales — and then adds the work that sits behind the counter.
For a single business that sells every day. The full till, basic stock, daily reports, settings and the complete German fiscal part. The smallest plan already signs every sale.
For several stations, a stockroom and staff to organise. Adds advanced stock movements, locations, alerts and purchasing; customers, loyalty, gift cards and vouchers; time clock, scheduling and the cash book with tax invoices; API access and several locations.
For a chain with many locations and tills. Adds payroll, contracts, leave and the employee portal; accounting exports and refunds; the AI assistant and stock forecasting; white label and priority support.
The subscription is one line. Two things sit outside it, and both have a number before you sign.
Monthly or yearly, including VAT and with no setup fee. Every plan signs every sale; the tax part is not an upgrade.
€25.00 a month for each till beyond the first, the same on every plan. You pay for the till, not for a bigger plan.
Charged by the payment partner and shown as their own line. The terminal processes the card; the till records the result, not the number.
The till opens in the browser on Windows, Linux and Mac; on Android and iOS there is the app. Whatever stands on the counter — a tablet, a laptop, the screen that is already there — becomes a till. If one device breaks mid-shift, the sale carries on from another.
The plan and the capacity it allows. Each plan has a fixed price and a set of limits — users, locations, tills, products and monthly sales. There is no separate charge per user, and nothing inside the plan is bought again.
No. Features are not sold one by one. A plan includes a group of them and the price stays the same however many of that group you use. Moving up includes the rest.
No. Fiscalisation is the area named Fiscalisation (Germany) in every column of the table. The TSE signature, DSFinV-K export, Z-report, VAT split per rate and retry of a failed signature are as open in Standard as in Enterprise. German law asks this of every till, so it is not something you upgrade into.
The line under each plan name. It is the same in all three plans: you pay for the tills beyond the first, not for a bigger plan. Choose how many you run at checkout and they are added up together with the plan.
Less than twelve monthly payments. Switch the toggle at the top to Yearly and every column shows the yearly price together with what it saves.
Yes, up or down. When the business outgrows its limits, you move to the next plan; if it needs less, you move back. The features of the new plan are open from that moment.
Standard for a business selling from its own counter. Premium when you need purchasing, customer records, staff scheduling and the books. Enterprise when you need payroll, contracts, leave, accounting exports, the AI assistant or white label. Tell us how you work and we name the one — and if the smaller plan is enough, that is the one we say.
The till with Service and Bar Mode, basic stock, daily reports, settings and the complete German fiscal part. What changes as you move up is capacity and the departments around the counter: purchasing, customers, scheduling and accounting from Premium; payroll, AI and white label in Enterprise.
Payroll, contracts, leave and the employee portal; accounting exports and refunds; the AI assistant and stock forecasting; white label and priority support. Everything else is reachable in Premium or Standard.
No. The plan states how many users it covers; there is no separate charge per user on top. You pay the plan, plus the tills beyond the first.
The system runs on what is listed above: Android, Apple, Windows and Linux, phone or tablet, with the receipt printer, cash drawer and barcode scanner you already have. Tell us what stands on the counter and we confirm it fits before you commit to anything.
Ask for a demo. We show you the system on your own products, with no obligation, and you pick the plan after that.
