From inside the system
Open a request where the problem is. The whole conversation stays in that request — nobody has to hunt through messages afterwards.
Something not working, or something you want changed — open a request from inside SovranPOS and it goes straight to the technical team.
Send a request from inside SovranPOS — it goes straight to the technical team, not to a call centre.
Open a request where the problem is. The whole conversation stays in that request — nobody has to hunt through messages afterwards.
If the system will not open at all, reach us directly. Tell us which venue and which till — that is enough for us to find it.
If a device dies mid-shift, open SovranPOS on any other one — a laptop, a tablet, a phone — and carry on selling.
A request is also how the system grows with your venue. A second till, a second room, more of what the system can do — you ask for it in the same place you report a problem.
You say what you need in plain words. You do not have to work out which part of the system it belongs to, or what it is called.
The questions we are asked most often before the first shift.
Open a request from inside SovranPOS. Describe what happened and send it — it goes to the technical team, and the answer comes back in the same request. The whole conversation stays in one place instead of scattered across calls and messages.
The technical team. Requests are picked up in the order they arrive, and the whole conversation stays in the request.
Yes — and that is the normal way to do it. A new till, a second site, more of what the system can do, a higher limit on users or products: you ask for it in the same place you would report a fault.
No. The software runs in the browser on the device you already have — tablet, laptop or counter screen — and there is an Android app for a phone. The receipt printer, the cash drawer, the scanner and the card terminal connect to it. What connects to it
Card payments run through our payment partner Adyen: girocard, Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay. The terminal handles the payment itself — nothing is entered twice.
Fiscalisation is available for Germany, under KassenSichV. Every receipt carries the signature the law requires, and the records build themselves the way they are required — there is nothing to reconstruct afterwards. What the German till does
Open SovranPOS on another device and that device becomes the till. Your products, your prices and your open orders are already there, so the evening carries on.
No. The stock count is kept and drawn down with every sale, but it never stands between you and a customer at the counter.
Nothing you have to type. The daily close lands in the cash book on its own, and at month end you export the file rather than copying figures out of the till.
Staff and logins are two separate things — someone can be on your team without ever opening a till. Groups are roles: you set the permissions once and everyone in that group inherits them.
Write to us — or see the system on your own menu, with no obligation.
