Industries

One system, three kinds of counter.

Bars, nightclubs and retail are the three we build for. The system is the same; the screen and the rhythm of the evening change. No customer logos we cannot show, and nothing kept out of the demo.

The same spine, three rhythms.

A bar, a nightclub and a shop do not have the same evening. They do have the same question at closing time.

Bar

The counter is a few steps from the shelf, and the count at the end of the night is the part everyone avoids. The screen is built for fast ordering, and a tab stays open until the table settles.

Nightclub

Doors at eleven, the rush at two, close at five. The till has to keep up at the worst moment of the night, and the floor plan has to show which tables are still open.

Retail

A queue that has to keep moving. Barcode, price, card, receipt. The stock follows the sale by itself, and the day’s figures are waiting when you close.

What does not change.

However different the evening looks, the spine is the same: a sale, a stock movement, a shift, a close, a record. The industry changes the screen in front of the person serving — not the arithmetic behind it.

That is why a venue does not need a different system when it adds a second room or a second kind of counter. It needs the same one, with the right screens and rights switched on.

The part every venue gets

A Z-report at the end of every shift A cash book that receives the day Stock that follows the sale Groups that work as roles An activity log with the user and the time Support from inside the system

Where the screen changes.

Three screens do most of the adapting. The rest of the system stays where it was.

At the bar

A sales screen for the bar, built for fast ordering. The products are within reach, and the next order does not wait for a menu tree to close.

On the floor

Draw the floor plan you actually have. The order is taken at the table and sent to the right station, so the bar and the floor are not reading from two different pieces of paper.

At the till

The retail screen: product grid, cart, payment and cash drawer. A barcode finds the product; the stock follows the sale; the receipt prints where the printer is.

Before you ask for the demo.

The questions that decide whether the system fits your kind of counter.

Do I need different software for each industry?

No. It is the same system. What you take determines which screens and rights are open, and those decide what the person at the counter sees. A bar and a shop can run on the same product.

Do you support restaurants?

There is no separate restaurant product. The order is taken at the table and sent to the right station; whether that fits a restaurant is a conversation to have before the demo, not a box to tick on a feature list.

Can I run a bar and a shop in one account?

Several locations can sit in one account. Tell us the setup before the demo — how many tills, which stock belongs where and who should see both — and we will say plainly what fits.

What does a bar need?

It depends on how the bar runs, not on the word “bar”. Fast ordering at the counter, a floor plan for the tables and stock that follows the sale are the usual starting point; vouchers, customer records and staff scheduling come in when the venue needs them. The demo uses your own products, so you see the screens you would actually use.

Do you have references in my industry?

We do not publish customer names or logos on this page. Ask in the demo and we will tell you what we can share and what is still a pilot — including the answer that we cannot name anyone yet. A logo wall is not a reference unless you can call the venue.

Can I see it on my own products?

Yes. That is the demo: your products, your prices, your tax rates. You see the sale, the receipt and the close, with no obligation to go further. The onboarding page shows what happens after that.

What does it cost to start?

One subscription for the whole business, with the tills inside its limits; card payments are a separate line, through Adyen. Nothing inside the plan is bought separately. See the pricing

Is fiscalisation included?

For Germany, yes. Every plan signs every sale with the TSE, closes each shift with a Z-report and exports DSFinV-K. What the German till does

Can I keep the printer and scanner I have?

Possibly. Epson ePOS-Print printers work directly; other printers can go through the browser’s print dialogue, and a barcode scanner that types like a keyboard needs no driver. Send the model before the demo — that is where the answer stops being a guess. What connects to it

What does the end of a shift look like?

The shift closes into a Z-report. The day goes into the cash book, and the stock movement from each sale is already written. It is one close, not a second set of books kept afterwards.

Can each member of staff see only their part?

Groups work as roles: a group opens the screens and actions it needs and nothing else. Every action keeps the user and the time in the activity log.

Can I run more than one till?

Yes. Tills beyond the first are paid per till, and several locations can sit in one account. Tell us how many tills and where before the demo and we will say what fits.

Show us your counter.

A photo of the bar, the shop or the floor plan tells us more than a feature checklist. We will show you the system on your own products and prices, with no obligation.
