Talk
01Tell us the venue: what you sell, how many tills, what you already own. A short call is enough to know whether the next step is worth your time.
A till goes live once, and the first evening is the one that matters. Here is what happens between the first conversation and the first close — without a timeline we would have to invent.
Nothing is switched on before you have seen it, and nothing is handed over before the first close has worked.
Tell us the venue: what you sell, how many tills, what you already own. A short call is enough to know whether the next step is worth your time.
We show you the till on your own products and prices. You see the sale, the receipt and the close — not a generic demo menu.
The venue, the tax rates, the team and the tills are set up. Your product list goes in, and the printer, the scanner and the terminal are connected.
You sell the first evening with the system. When the shift ends, you close it and the Z-report is created from the sales that are in it.
Support stays in one place: open a request inside the system, and the conversation stays attached to the venue instead of a phone call nobody can find later.
None of it has to be perfect before the first call. A photo of the current menu and the model number of the printer is a better start than a plan that exists only in your head.
Bring what you have. We will tell you what is still missing and in what order it has to arrive.
A sale can be made on any screen. The question is what happens when the shift ends: does the evening produce one closing figure, or does someone spend the next morning rebuilding it?
When the first shift closes, the Z-report is created from its sales, the day lands in the cash book and the stock has already followed the receipts. If that works, the setup is done. If it does not, support is one request away — not a rebuild from scratch.
The questions that come before a venue commits to anything.
No. It is a demonstration, not a sale. You see the system on your own products and prices, and you are not obliged to go further. If it is not the right fit, saying so is a useful answer too.
We do not print a fixed number of days, because it depends on the number of tills, the state of your product list and the hardware that has to be connected. After the first conversation we tell you what your setup needs and in what order — a real answer for your venue, not a marketing number.
Often, but not always. The till runs in a browser. Printers, scanners and the card terminal have to match; bring the model numbers to the demo and we will say what fits before you buy anything new.
Bring it in whatever format you have — a spreadsheet, an export, a photo of the menu. We will tell you what can be taken over and what has to be entered by hand. We would rather say that before the work than after it.
Yes. A second till, a second room or a second site is a request in the same system. You do not have to buy the largest setup on the first evening.
Support is a request inside SovranPOS. Describe the problem where it happened; the conversation stays attached to the venue. There is no separate call centre and no ticket number to keep in a drawer.
Tell us what you run and what you already own. We will show you the till on your own products and prices, with no obligation.
