One system from the counter to the books.

SovranPOS takes the sale, moves the stock, records the hours and closes the day into your books. One login, one set of figures — at one counter or across several locations.

What SovranPOS is

A till that keeps working after the receipt. Every sale draws down stock, carries the VAT and posts the revenue. At closing, the Z-report and the cash book already have the evening — nobody reconstructs it.

It runs in the browser on the device already on the counter: tablet, laptop or screen. There is an app for Android, iPhone, iPad and desktop. Receipt printer, cash drawer and card terminal connect directly.

What it replaces

The till The stock book The timesheet The spreadsheet for your accountant
The app

The same till, as an app.

Alongside the browser there is an app for Android, iPhone and iPad, and for desktop. Same account, same figures — built for the counter rather than for a desk.

Sign in with four digits

The till opens with a four-digit PIN, not an email and a password. A change of shift takes seconds.

The floor plan in your hand

Open a table, move it, settle it — at the guest, not back at the counter.

Receipts and shift close

Past receipts and the end-of-shift close are in the app, not only in the browser.

Stock count while you walk

Count the stock standing in the room, device in hand. The figures are in the system before you sit down.

One account, one stock

A sale on the phone and a sale in the browser land in the same figures. Nothing to reconcile.

It keeps itself up to date

The app updates itself when a new version is out. Nobody installs anything by hand.

What changes when it runs

Not less work at the counter — less work afterwards.

A broken screen doesn't stop the shift

The till opens in the browser on any device. If one screen dies mid-service, the next device takes over and the sale carries on.

The stock matches the shelf

Every sale and every purchase moves the stock. At night you see what is really there — not what should be.

Hours are recorded as they happen

The time clock and the rota run in the same system. Payroll finds its figures instead of chasing them.

Month end is an export, not an evening

The daily close posts to the cash book by itself. At month end you hand over the file instead of rebuilding it.

A second site is not a second system

Another till, another room, another location: same system, same figures. Nothing has to be migrated.

Support comes from the people who built it

Requests go straight to the team that builds and runs the system.

One system for the whole shop

Start at the till and add what you need as you grow — stock, staff, purchasing, accounting. Everything you don't need stays off.

Point of Sale

Selling the way you sell — at the counter, at the table or at the bar.

One till for the counter, the tables and the bar. Cash, card and tips settled on a single receipt. Runs on the hardware you already have.
The POS Business screen in its dark layout: category tiles, five items in the basket and a total of €28.50.

Inventory

What you have, where it is, and what needs reordering.

Every sale takes the stock down by itself. You see what is running out before it runs out. Purchases and suppliers stay in the same system.
The inventory screen: 144 items across four locations, with the stock per location and a level bar for each product.

Reports

What the day took, what the month did, and what goes to the tax office.

You know what the day took before you lock up. Best sellers and dead stock without a spreadsheet. The figures your tax adviser asks for, ready to hand over.
The sales report: 154 orders, €6,242.20 gross and €994.63 VAT, with the cash and card split and the VAT breakdown by rate.

Staff

From the shift plan to payroll.

The rota is written once and everyone sees it. Hours are clocked at the till — nothing to add up afterwards. Contracts, leave and payroll figures in one place. Each of them gets their own login, and no way into the till. They clock in and out themselves and see the week ahead. Leave and availability are asked for there, not by message. Everyone sees their own hours and what they earned.
The staff list: every employee with their department, position, phone number and start date — and who is active.

Accounting

What the till writes goes straight into the books.

The day close lands in the cash book on its own. Refunds and returns are booked, not remembered. Month end is an export, not an evening of typing.
The bookkeeping overview: turnover, the number of transactions, the cash and card totals, the revenue trend and how the payments split across cash, card and tips.

Open bottles are the worst part of the count.

Bar Vision reads the level off the bottle — the bar counts itself.

Bar Vision

Point the camera at the bottle: the level is read off it and worked out in millilitres. What the system expects sits right beside it.

Open bottles are counted in minutes, not over an evening. It says how much is left — in millilitres, not a guess. What you counted and what the system expects, side by side.
Bar Vision: the window for a bottle of Bacardi — 88 % full, about 616 of 700 millilitres, with the expected stock and the number of sealed bottles beside it.
