Description

The floor drawn once, then used every service.

Table Layout is where the room becomes a screen: tables with their shape, size and position, saved as the floor your staff see in Service Mode. A new table is placed once, not redrawn every evening.

Why it matters

The problem it removes.

If the room only exists in staff memory, every new table has to be explained again.

Who it fits

For venues with table service and a floor plan that changes.

How it works

Three steps, in the same system.

Set it up once; the work then follows the normal flow of the business.

Place the tables

1/3

Tables are placed with their shape, size and position.

Save the floor

2/3

The layout is saved as the floor the staff see.

Serve from it

3/3

Service Mode opens on the same plan, so a new table is placed once, not redrawn every evening.

What you can do

In daily work.

The things this module takes care of, in the order they happen.

01/04

Draw the room with tables in their real places.

02/04

Set each table's shape and size.

03/04

The floor plan is the one Service Mode shows.

04/04

Change it when the room changes — not every shift.

On screen

The screens it opens.

Each one is a working screen in SovranPOS, with its own place in the menu.
