Who it fits
For businesses with a team across departments and shifts that need one staff record before anything is planned, clocked or paid.
HRM Basic holds each employee once: personal and contact data, employment type and start date, department and position, salary type and bank account, documents with expiry dates, and an optional login. Departments are a tree with a manager; the organogram adds positions, staffing and reporting lines. Attendance, scheduling, contracts, leave and payroll point at the same person.
When the staff list lives in a spreadsheet, contracts in a cabinet and payroll in another file, every change becomes a copy — and the copies disagree by the end of the month.
For businesses with a team across departments and shifts that need one staff record before anything is planned, clocked or paid.
Set it up once; the work then follows the normal flow of the business.
Enter personal and contact data, employment type, start date, department and position, and attach the documents.
Salary type and amount, bank account and, if the person needs access, a login with a role and group.
Set the manager and department, then the position in the organogram. The record is ready for scheduling, attendance and payroll.
The things this module takes care of, in the order they happen.
One employee file: personal data, contact and emergency contact, employment type, start date, department, position, salary type and bank account.
Documents by type — ID, passport, contract, diploma, licence, health certificate — with expiry dates kept with the person.
Departments as a tree with a manager, code, colour and headcount; the organogram shows filled and vacant positions and reporting lines.
An optional user account linked to the employee, with a role and group, so access is granted from the same record.
Each one is a working screen in SovranPOS, with its own place in the menu.
The employee record: contact, employment, department, position, salary type, documents and optional login.
Departments as a tree with manager, code, colour and headcount.
Positions with filled and vacant seats, capacity, management flag and reporting lines.
