Work Scheduling

Build and share shift schedules.

Description

The week is planned once, published once and seen by everyone.

Create the business’s own shift types, build the week per department, assign people day by day with start, end and break, and publish. The plan follows the opening days from HRM settings, shows coverage for each day and flags approved leave. Employees see their shifts in the portal, confirm or reject an assignment, and send their availability for the next month before the plan is built.

Why it matters

The problem it removes.

A plan on paper does not know who is on leave, who is available or whether the week is covered. The plan has to be built against real availability and leave, then reach the team without a photo in a chat.

Who it fits

For businesses that plan by shift and department and want availability, leave and the published plan in one place.

How it works

Three steps, in the same system.

Set it up once; the work then follows the normal flow of the business.

Define the shifts

1/3

Create the shift types the business works — early, late, night or its own — with times and breaks, and set the opening days.

Build the week

2/3

Assign employees per day with a shift, start, end and break. Coverage and approved leave are visible while planning.

Publish and collect

3/3

Publish the week so employees see and confirm their shifts; availability for the next month returns through the portal.

What you can do

In daily work.

The things this module takes care of, in the order they happen.

01/04

Shift types with name, times and break; a shift that crosses midnight counts on its start day.

02/04

A weekly plan per department with coverage: assigned shifts, planned employees and weekly hours, with leave and holidays marked.

03/04

Draft or publish — publishing notifies the team; closed days are blocked and the plan moves to the next open day.

04/04

Availability from the team: each employee picks a shift and days in the portal, sends by the 25th, and the manager sees it in the availability view.
