Take orders at the table and send them to the right station.

Description

From the table to the kitchen, without a paper ticket.

Service Mode turns the till into a floor: each table holds its open order, courses go to the right station as they are taken, and the bill is settled where the guests sit. Reservations sit in the same place, so the floor and the book agree.

Why it matters

The problem it removes.

A table is not a queue. The order has to stay open, follow the courses and be settled where the guests sit.

Who it fits

For restaurants, cafés and bars with service at the table.

How it works

Three steps, in the same system.

Set it up once; the work then follows the normal flow of the business.

Open the table

1/3

Each table holds its own open order. Staff add courses as they are taken, without closing a sale at every step.

Send the courses

2/3

Every item goes to the station that prepares it, so the floor and the kitchen work from the same order.

Settle the bill

3/3

The bill is taken at the table. Payment closes the order and leaves the table free for the next guests.

What you can do

In daily work.

The things this module takes care of, in the order they happen.

01/04

Every table with its open orders and running total.

02/04

Ordered items go to the right station as they are taken.

03/04

Reservations with date and time, next to the floor.

04/04

One bill close, recorded in the same shift as the sale.

On screen

The screens it opens.

Each one is a working screen in SovranPOS, with its own place in the menu.
